The performer turns a working space into a swimming pool. The challenge is to communicate with the spectators and to turn the audience into active performers as part of the stage performance.
“Real Time” Workshops in Performance Art and Performing Arts as part of the Department of Art at the Haifa University, under the late Uri Katzenstein. The exercises are a result of a direct interaction between the performer and the viewer. Each exercise has a theme and a challenge. All exercises are happening “In real time”, when each time the performer has no idea what the final piece will look like, there is no advance planning for anything.
